Our 3D prints are typically made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources like cornstarch or sugarcane. All materials are chosen for their quality and lower environmental impact.

Absolutely! We welcome custom orders. Send us your idea or file, and we’ll advise on what’s possible, including material options and pricing.

Yes. Sustainability is important to us. We use plant-based PLA filament, minimise waste during production, and reuse packaging wherever possible. We’re always looking for ways to reduce our footprint.

Some items are offered with a hand finish, while others are sold as raw prints. Each product listing specifies the finish.

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 5 working days. For bespoke prints requiring new design work please allow longer. For these orders we will keep you updated on the progress of your order and send a proof for you to approve before printing takes place.

Shipping is calculated based on your order size and is calculated at checkout. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50 and use recyclable or reused packaging where possible.

We accept returns of non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos if possible. We’ll arrange replacement or refund.

We use eco-friendly materials like PLA, minimise production waste, reuse packaging, and offer made-to-order printing to avoid overproduction. I also offer local free delivery/collection within the Rutland area.

Our prints are produced using PLA which is biodegradable and are mounted on paper or card with a wood/glass frame, so if you decide at any point you no longer want your product it can be broken down and recycled. We’re happy to advise on the best disposal options if needed.
