We hope that you love your purchase from Pango Pango but do appreciate that sometimes items do need to be returned. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, refunds cannot be given on fidget toys if they are broken after being played with. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and a full refund (exc. postage and packaging) will be given on receipt of the items back to Pango Pango.
